About Us
Our story began in 1978 when Earl Age, Sr. opened shop under the name Earl Age Heating and Air Conditioning. He learned early on that having hourly contract employees made it difficult to run the business while also upholding his core values of honesty, efficiency, quality, and transparency. He decided that a family owned and operated company was the only way to ensure these values would be maintained in every transaction. Earl Age, Jr., joined the company and eventually Earl Age and Son Heating and Air Conditioning was born. Inevitably, Earl Jr.'s three sons, Chris, Paul, and Earl III also joined the family business, and the three generations have been working together for the past 15 years. To this day, the family still prioritizes Earl Sr.'s original company values.
Only recently has Earl Sr. retired to live out his remaining years enjoying family and the lake, while Earl Jr. has taken ownership. Now, with his sons as partners, the business has been rebranded as simply, Age Heating and Air. With over 40 years experience as a leading HVAC contractor in Greater Louisville and surrounding areas, we guarantee we can meet your HVAC needs.

Our company is family owned and operated. When you use Age Heating and Air Conditioning, you will work directly with one or more of our family members on your project. Our business structure allows us to offer better pricing and reliability- the same person who assesses your project will be there to complete it, so our team knows exactly what is needed from start to finish. Because we charge by the job, not by the hour, we work quickly and efficiently to finish our work in the least disruptive way possible. No temps, no middle-men, no confusion.
